Ingredients

left over meat, beef, pork, ham, or chicken. diced 1/4 in

one onion coarsely chopped

6 eggs

four packages ramen (flavors vary according to type of meat. eg. beef, chicken, or oriental) use oriental with ham or pork.]

1 can corn 14 oz drained

6 cups water

6 slices american cheese

Preparation

combine all ingredients except cheese in large pot, leaving the eggs whole. bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min til noodles are tender. remove eggs with slotted spoon. cool eggs under cold water. after eggs are cool enough to handle, crack and remove hard boiled egg with spoon in large chunks. add to pot with cheese. stir to blend and serve.
