Ingredients

1-Can of French’s Fried Onions

1-Frozen 10 oz box of Chopped Spinach

1-Frozen 10 oz box of Chopped Broccoli

1-Small jar of Hellman’s mayonaise

2-Large Eggs

1-can of Campells Cream of Mushroom Soup

1- 8oz Package of Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1.5- Medium Onions

1- 1.5 Quart Casserole Dish

Preparation

-Defrost Spinach and Broccoli and squeeze out water. -Chop onions -Beat eggs -Combine spinach, broccoli, onions, eggs, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 can cream of mushroom, 3/4 cup of cheese and 1/2 can fried onions in a large bowl. -Mix thoroughly then place in casserole dish. -Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. -Sprinkle remaining fried onions on top then bake additional 15 minutes. -Take out of oven, serve hot…enjoy!!!
