Ingredients

4 qt green tomato (stemmed and quartered)

8 lg onion

12 sweet peppers (6 green, 6 red)

1 T celery seed

2 T mustard seed

2 T tumeric

2 T salt

2 lbs sugar

1 qt white vinegar

Preparation

put vegies through coarse food chopper/grinder and drain.

Add spices and other ingredients. cook 30 min. put in sterilized jars.
