Ingredients

1 lb Salmon fillet

1/3 C Sherry

3 T ketchup

1 1/2 T dry mustard

1 1/2 T soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cube unsalted butter

Preparation

Rinse the salmon and pat dry.

Add remaining ingredients to small saucepan and heat over low heat until butter is melted. Whisk to incorporate ingredients.

Pour sauce over the salmon and bake uncovered at 350 for about 20 minutes. Alternately,create an aluminum tent for the salmon, pour the sauce over the fish and grill until done.
