Ingredients
1 angel food cake (fat free)
2 boxes sugar free / fat free pudding (cheesecake, vanilla, or white chocolate flavor) - make according to directions, use skim milk
1 - 2 cups fruit of choice - use two or three kinds (strawberries, blue/black berries, fresh pineapple, kiwi, etc…)
1 container fat free cool whip / can substitute fresh whipped cream for 0 carbs
food coloring if desired
Preparation
- slice angel food cake into 1/4 inch pieces and line a trifle or glass cassarole pan
- alternate with layers of pudding, fruit, and cake
- top with fat free cool whip (color with food coloring if you like)
- refridgerate at least 2 hours
