Ingredients
2/3 cup Broccoli
2/3 cup cauliflower
9 oz. Sausage
1 onion diced
32 oz. Chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
5 oz. cheese
1 Tsp. caraway seed
4 Yukon Gold potatoes thinly sliced
1 bay leaf
Preparation
Sauté sausage in 1 tbs of butter- remove and set aside
Sauté onion in caraway seeds until golden
Add potatoes and broth bring to boil then let simmer for 20 minutes breaking up the potatoes
Add veggies for 10 minutes
Add cream for 5 minutes
Return sausage and add cheese
Serve when cheese melts
