Ingredients
3cups dark brown sugar(packed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
mix together in a 2 quart bowl,brown sugar garlic powder,ground cinnamon,black pepper and ground mustard with a fork until thourghly mixed(can’t see ground mustard or garlic powder)rub on both sides of meat place in a ziplock bag for 2 hours or overnight.If over night turn before retireing for the night and once in the morning.
