Ingredients
3/4 superfine sugar
3 C water
3 C Lemon Juice
4/5 qt. bottle light rum
2-4 drops green food coloring
Ice ring
ring mold
water
lime slices
carnations
Preparation
In large bowl dissolve sugar, water, lemon juice, rum and food coloring. Garnish with Ice ring.
Ice Ring Fill ring mold half full with water and freeze. Arrange lime slices and carnations on ice. Freeze until fruit and flowers adhere to ice. Fill mold the rest of the way with ice and freeze. To unmold,dip pan in hot water until ring slips out easily. Float in punch bowl.
