Ingredients
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 containers tofutti or imitation cream cheese {plain}
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
preheat oven to 350 degrees blend the “cream cheese”, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla for several minutes. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 45 minutes. For a topping, either use pie filling of choice or mix 1 container imitation sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar, spread on top of “cheesecake” and bake for 10 minutes
