Ingredients
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with fork in an ungreased square pan.
- Mix in remaining ingredients. Bake 20-25 minutes
- Either top with powdered sugar for a snacking cake or melt bittersweet chocolate with a bit of honey to make a fancy glaze.
