Ingredients

Meat

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp minced ginger

2 spring onions, chopped

1 tbsp Chinese rice wine

Sauce

3 tbsp sesame paste

1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

3 tbsp black rice vinegar

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp roasted Szechuan peppercorn, coarsely ground

3 tsp hot chili oil

1 cup chicken broth

200g dried noodles

Garnish:

roasted peanuts

spring onions

Preparation

Meat Dry fry the meat, garlic, ginger. Add the spring onion and red pepper when the meat releases liquid. Fry till crispy, deglaze with wine.

Sauce Mix all ingredients

Toss cooked noodles with sauce and put meat, peanuts, spring onions on top.
