Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin (package of 2)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1 T chopped fresh rosemary
1 T. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground fresh ginger
1 tsp. fresh thyme
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped
Preparation
Mix soy sauce and sherry, add dry ingredients to make marinade
Set aside half of marinade mixture.
Marinade tenderloin overnight.
Grill 20 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Dip in balance of marinade and return to grill to sear for a moment or two.
