Ingredients

1 can white shoepeg corn

1 can black eyed peas

2 advocados, cubed

2/3 cup red onion, chopped

1 cup chopped tomatoes (I used grape)

2 cloves of chopped garlic

Chopped fresh cilantro (1/4 cup?)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 basalmic vinegar or red wine vinegar

1 tsp cumin

3/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Mix all together and allow to stand for 1 hour
