Ingredients
1 bag mixed baby salad greens (including arugala, red leaf, green leef lettuces),
6-8 dried mission figs,
2 oz. soft goat cheese,
3 Tbs. pine nuts,
1 bunch green onions,
1/4 c. olive oil,
1 1/2 Tbs. balsalmic vinegar,
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce,
dash salt and pinch of pepper
Preparation
Prepare balsalmic vinegrette by mixing olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper together.
To prepare salad: Into salad bowl place lettuce greens, mission figs cut into 1/2 inch pieces, thinly sliced green onions (white part only), pine nuts (can be toasted), and crumbled goat cheese. Toss with vinegrette and serve.
