Ingredients
8 lbs sugar
2 quarts Dandelion flowers (yellow ones)
3 lemons sliced real thin
1 orange sliced real thin
2 pkgs dry yeast
water
2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
Put first 4 ingredients in a large pot and pour 2 gallons of boiling hot water on. Let stand 24 hours
Dissolve 2 pkgs dry yeast in small amt of warm water and add to other ingredients and stir.
Let stand 24 hours more. Strain. Beat 2 egg whites intil frothy and then pour in jugs w/corn cob corks.
Let set 2 MONTHS
