Ingredients

2-3 pound Tri-Tips

cloves garlic

sprinkle Lawrys seasoning salt,

sprinkle cajun seasoning

pinch of rosemary

spackle of white pepper

Put into a sealable bag and douse with 2 cups of single barrel Jack Daniels whiskey. Let sit for 6-12 hours in the refridgeraror.

Preparation

After marinating is complete cover BBQ with aluminum foil turn grill onto low heat and place the Tri-Tip onto foil . Watch to make sure heat is not to hot(may have to turn off under the Tri-Tip and cook onthe other side of the grill). Sit back with friends and have a cocktail turning the meat only three times in a 2 1/2 - 3 hour period. Take off grill and let stand for 15-20minutes for the juices to flow!
