Ingredients

2-3 Roma tomatoes chopped

2-3 red peppers roasted, peeled and chopped

1 handful of chives

2-3 cloves of garlic

6-8 basil leaves or to taste

salt and pepper (use pepper mill)

Some good olive oil

Splash of Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Chop the tomatoes and red peppers. Cut in cut chives and chopped garlic. Add basil cut into slivers with scissors. Grind fresh pepper and salt to taste Add some olive oil and the splash of balsamic

Serve with fresh cut bagette or crostini
