Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix (without pudding)

1 3 1/2 oz box of instant chocolate pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup strong coffee, instant OK

1 tsp vanilla

1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips

Preparation

blend cake mix, pudding mix, coffee, oil, sour cream and vanilla with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into an oiled and floured tube or bundt pan. bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 to 30 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar forced through a small sieve. Enjoy!
