Ingredients
1 oz. ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)
1 oz. aged dark rum
fresh lime juice to taste
ginger beer or ginger ale, if preferred
garnish w/ fresh lime wedge or wheel
Preparation
Fill Collins or high-ball with ice. Fill 2/3 with ginger beer, add ginger liqueur, aged dark rum and fresh lime juice. Stir lightly, garnish with fresh lime.
