Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup room temp butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups ap flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup black cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon expresso powder
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
1 cup mini chocolate covered caramel candy bites
Preparation
Cream sugars and butter until light and creamy. Beat in eggs, mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa, expresso powder and baking powder, mix well. Combine with sugars mixture. Stir in pecans and mini candy bites.
Use small cookie scoop to make rounds and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
