Ingredients

14 ounces of dark chocolate (Hershey’s special dark is a good choice)

1/4 cup of heavy cream

Bananas, pound cake, pineapples, brownies, strawberries, raspberries, graham crackers, and marshmallows for dipping

Preparation

Wash the fruits and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, cut the chocolate into small pieces if not already morsels. Take the heavy cream and heat in the fondue pot. Incorporate the chocolate slowly, stirring until completely melted in. Keep warm over fire, but not hot. Dip fruits and cakes into chocolate.
