Ingredients
1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine the cocoa, sugar, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add butter and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in quick oats, adding more if necessary until mixture is thick. Form into balls on waxed paper. Let cool (can be frozen if needed).
