Ingredients
9 eggs
44cc dashi
100cc syrup
1pinch hondashi
add salt to taste
Preparation
1)mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & beat gently.rub oil on the skillet using a tissue @ small piece of cloth. 2)when the pan is hot,pour in a thin layer of egg mix & allow it to cook until it is no longer runny.then fold the egg to one side of the pan.pour in another layer.once the new layer is cooked,fold the 1st rolled egg piece with the new layer.repeat this step until all of the egg is cooked.
