Ingredients

2 C flour

1/4 C brown sugar

1.5 t baking powder

.5 t soda

.25 t salt

1/2 C oats

stir and cut in 3 T butter

mix together

1/2 C buttermilk

3 T molasses

1/2 C fat free plain yogurt

mix together

add dates (a bit more than 1/2 C), cut up with kitchen shears

pat into disc, cut into 12 wedges

bake at 400 for 15 mintues

about 170 cals each
