Ingredients

1/2 cup broken walnuts

2 Tbs olive oil

1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano

Juice from 1/2 lemon (just a light squeeze)

3/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsly

fresh ground pepper

one package farfalle pasta

Preparation

On a medium setting heat the olive oil in a skillet. Brown walnuts first…. add cheese, white wine, parsley and little squeeze of lemon. cook off some of the liquid till you have a sticky consistancy. In a separate pot prepare pasta Serve with fresh ground pepper
