Ingredients
9 potatos peeled
6 oz. ceram cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbs. butter
Preparation
cook potatos until tender but firm, about 15 mins.
transfer to large bowl and mash ’til smooth.
mix in remaining ingredients.
cover and refridgerate 8 hours.
reheat in 350 oven for 30 mins.
