Ingredients

Handful finely chopped Parsley

Parmesan

Chili

Pepper

Lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

Oil

Spinach

Orzo

Almond slithers

Preparation

Cook Orzo as per packet instructions.

Drain then add a big splash of the best olive oil you have. Leave to cool for 10mins. (or how ever long you have)

Add lemon juice, (half to start) Zest of a lemon, cracked pepper, touch of salt, finely chopped chili to taste, nuts, chopped parsley and spinach. Add finely grated parmesan before serving.
