Ingredients

28 finely crushed oreos (blender or food processor works well)

1 stick of butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese

12 oz cool whip

1 cup powdered sugar

1 large package chocolate instant pudding

1 large package vanilla instant pudding

3 cups milk

12 oz. Cool whip

Preparation

Spread oreos into borrow of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle melted butter onto of oreos. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar; spread over cookie crumbs. Then mix together puddings and milk, spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread 12 oz cool whip over pudding mixtuer and sprinkle with a few crumbs or oreos over the top. Keep Refrigerated.
