Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced rib eye steaks

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp red wine

1 tbsp sesame oil

3 tbsp chopped green onion

2 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Marinate the meat for about an hour.
  2. Cook, preferably on grill( but broiler or fry will work in a pinch).
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when finished.
  4. Serve with Rice and Keem (seasoned seaweed).
