Ingredients

1 pre-made graham crust pie-shell (the small one)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (any brand will do, I use the one that is on sale)

3 egg yolks (save the egg whites)

1/4 cup of Nellies Key lime juice

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

3 T sugar

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar and egg whites until peaks form, set aside. Whip condensed milk with egg yolks until pale in color, add vanilla and lime juice and beat until thoroughly mixed. Fold whipped egg-whites with condensed milk mixture until combined. Pour into pie-shell and bake for 15 minutes or until sets (top should have some light brown color to it). Take out and cool for about an hour.

At this time you can put it in the freezer until ready to use or put in refrigerator until chilled. Top with whipped cream and serve.
