8 oz medium noodles

1 stick margarine

8 oz tofu cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups coconut milk

3 eggs

1 can drained crushed pineapple

corn flake crumbs

Preparation

cook and drain noodles in cold water melt margarine and cream cheese-mix togwther whisk together rest of ingredients except crumbs combine cheese mix into other ingredients spray pan put noodles in pan pour combined ingredients over noodles, mix well top with crumbs bake 400 about an hour
