Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot water

2 T yeast

2 c. white flour

2 c. wheat flour

1 tsp. salt

4 T olive oil

3 cloves minced garlic

2T fresh minced rosemary

2T olive oil

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in hot water Mix the flour, salt and olive in large bowl Add yeast/water mixture and stir together Dump out on floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic Let rise until doubled in size (approximately 1 hour) While waiting for the bread to rise, place minced garlic and rosemary in olive oil and bake at 200 for about 30 minutes. Add this during the second kneading. Punch down dough, knead slightly and form into loaf (you can use a loaf pan or roll it into a long loaf as in french) Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
