Ingredients
2 C. of mayonnaise
3 & 1/2 half T. of anchovy paste
1/4 C. sour cream
1/4 C. tarragon vinegar
1 oz. (or more) fresh chopped parsley
1/2 oz. of chopped onion
1/4 oz. of green onion tops.
Preparation
Blend all ingredients.. (Blender works the best to insure that it comes out green.) Top dressed lettuce with chopped chives, parmesan cheese, anchovy filets, and croutons.
This makes alot but does last well in the refrigerator.
