Ingredients

1-1 ½ lb ground turkey

2 chopped or sliced bell peppers (green, red, and/or yellow) (sometimes I use TJ’s frozen mixed peppers)

1 chopped whole onion

5 diced cloves garlic

2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes, including juice

2 6-oz cans tomato paste

1 can whole black olives

1 can black beans, well drained

1 can pinto or white kidney beans, drained

1 package taco seasoning

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp chili powder

salt to taste

1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup cilantro leaves, whole, opt

½ cup red wine

1-2 little cans mild chopped green chiles

1 packet of onion soup mix

Preparation

Brown the turkey, drain it, and leave it in the pan Add the peppers, onion, and garlic then saute until tender Combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, olives, beans, taco seasoning, spices, worcestershire, wine, chilies, and soup packet Heat in a crock pot for 6 hours
