Ingredients

2 beaten eggs

1 stick butter (or) margarine

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green pepper

1 can creamed corn

1 can whole kernal corn

1 dry “Jiffy” corn muffin mix

Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in the butter until soft. Mix all ingredients together, then pour into lightly sprayed 2-Qt casserole dish. Bake in 350*F oven 40-50 minutes.
