Ingredients
2 lbs. ground meat
1 can (14 1/2 oz) of diced tomatoes
2 cans (14 1/2 oz)Del Monte Zesty Diced tomatoes w/ mild green chilies
1 can Ranch style kidney beans (undrained)
1/4 cup jar jalopena slices (mild)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayene pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
5 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons jalopeno juice
1 lb. package of Earl Campbells Sausage links
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 onion cut up in small pieces
Preparation
Brown the ground meat in a pan. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion for taste. After cooked drain off the fat.
Cut up Earl Campbells sausage in 2 inch pieces.
Get out the crock pot. Put all the ingredient in the crock pot ( not the onion or garlic) on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir once in a while .
Serve with chili in a bowl, put a little grated cheese and sour cream on top. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
