Ingredients
2 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 Cup vegetable oil
2 Cups hot coffee
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add vanilla, eggs, vegetable oil and hot coffee to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Batter will be runny. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 25 -35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Ice with a white frosting (12 oz confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup melted and cooled butter, vanilla and milk to right consistency).
