Ingredients
You will need:
2 dozen oysters
3 cups of bread crumbs or cracker meal
2 eggs
Cayenne pepper
Preparation
How you do it: Beat two eggs;leave standing in bowl. Dip oysters in egg, then roll in crackermeal or bread crumbs. Sprinkle with cayenne, then dip back in egg, rolling the end result up in a ball. Drop the balls into deep fryer, being careful not to overcrowd. When they rise to the top of the oil, remove and allow to drain on a plate of dish covered with a paper towel. Serve.
