Ingredients

2 tablespoon poppy seeds roasted and sieved.

3 tablespoons sugar

1 large radish cleaned and diced

1 large Deep Red Grapefruit or big lemon

2lbs yoghurt

salt to taste.

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the yoghurt, add sugar and salt, and the roasted sieved poppy seeds.

Mix well.

Then add the Deep Red Grapefruit or big lemon which has been diced and pounded roughly.

Add the radish.

Can be eaten separately or as an accompaniment as salad (Raita)with a meal.
