Ingredients
1 container Imperial Cheese, softened
I pkg cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp white onion, finely chopped
1 tsp curry
1 Tbsp currants
1 Tbsp coconut
1 jar ‘Major Grey’ mango chutney
1/2 c pecans, crushed & toasted
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together Imperial cheese, cream cheese, white onion and curry. Spead onto platter, about an inch thick. In small bowl, mix together chutney, currants and coconut. Spread over cheese mixture. Sprinkle pecans evenly over top. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
