Ingredients
Chicken livers
Chopped Garlic 2-3 cloves
Finely chopped onions 1/4 c.
1/4 C. cooking Sherry
1/4 C. cooking wine
1/2 lb. bacon
small amount of butter
garlic salt
Peppper
Preparation
chop bacon and fry in large fly pan. Add onions, garlic and livers when almost crisp. Add butter if mixture gets dry. Once livers are gray (approx 15 minutes). Add wine and sherry, saute covered approx 15 -20 minutes. Add seasonings and serve warm
