Ingredients
1/4 C Canola Oil
6T packed brown sugar
6T pure maple syrup
2T warm water
1/2t salt
3/4 C sweetened shredded coconut
3 cups rolled oats
1C slivered almonds
1/3 C sesame seeds
1 C golden raisins (or other dried berry of choice)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Wisk all ingredients through salt together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Pour syrup mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Spray jelly roll pan and spread granola evenly in pan. Bake for about 75 minutes, turning occasionally. Granola will be golden brown when ready.
