Ingredients

2T butter

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup agave nectar

1/2 cup chopped pistacios

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1 t cinnamon

1/2 t cardamom

dash cloves

1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Simmer butter in sautee pan, then add honey and agave nectar. Once it boils around the edges, add everything but the raisins. Simmer all ingredients in the pan until nuts brown (about 5-8 minutes), add raisins, then put on wax paper coated with cooking spray to cool. Yum!
