Ingredients
4 cups macaroni
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 cups Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, boil water and cook pasta until done. meanwhile, soften cream cheese in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Mix all the cheeses, bacon and sour cream together. Once pastas done cooking mix it into cheese mixture, (add a little milk to thin it out), pour into a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Delicious topped with tomato slices. If you like it with a little more tomato, add a can of sewed or diced tomatoes ( don’t add any milk, the juice from the tomatoes is enough liquid)
