Ingredients
1 bunch of beets (green part too- just not the ends)
2L water
2 chicken boullioun cubes
2 Tbsp White Vinigar
1 Tbsp of flour
2-3 Tbsp of sour cream
1 Tbsp Vegeta to taste
Preparation
*Cook on medium high heat
Peel, wash and cut the beets into small pieces. Pour water to a large pot Put in the beets Add chicken bouillioun cubes and white vinigar. Cook until tender. Mix flour with 1/2 cup of water and pour into pot. Add the sour cream and Vegeta to tase
