Ingredients
2 lb fresh salmon filets (boneless and skinless)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place salmon filets in a glass baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients.
Bake salmon for 20 minutes (or until desired doneness), basting with soy mixture every 5 minutes.
Serve hot from oven with garlic mashed red potatoes and steamed asparagus.
