Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 Cup Oil
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Cup Sugar
4 Cups Water
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 Cup of Lukewarm water
1 Tsp. Sugar
Approx. 12 Cups of Flour ( 70% whole Wheat 30% white, or you can vary it as suits your taste.)
Preparation
Soften yeast using the 1/2 C. warm water & 1 Tsp sugar. Beat eggs in large bowl & add sugar, oil, salt, and water (this should be lukewarm). Add yeast mixture. Add 6 C. of flour and beat well. Add remaining flour. Should be a soft dough. Knead well (Approx. 10 min.) and let rise once. Shape into buns & let rise 2-2.5 hours.
Finally Bake at 375 Degrees for 17 min or until golden brown on top.
