Ingredients

One pound Ground Beef

2/3 C. Rolled Oats (raw)

(or you can use bread crumbs or crumbled soda crackers)

1/2 C. Applesause

2 large Carrots, shredded

1 med Onion, diced

1/2 C diced Bell Pepper

1/2 C diced Celery

1 glove Garlic

3 Tbsp Ketchup

1 or 2 raw Eggs

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350°F Lightly oil a baking dish. Combine ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in the baking dish. If you like, make a small indentation along the top in which you will pour a tomato sauce (get creative) during the last 15 min. of cooking. Bake for 1 hour.
