Ingredients
1/4 Cup Green peppercorns
1/4 Cup Red peppercorns
1/8 Cup Black Peppercorns
1/8 Cup Long Pepper* broken into small pieces
1/16 Cup dried Thyme
1/16 Cup dried Lavender
Long Pepper is a rarindonesian peppercorn that looks like a miniature streched out pinecone. The flavr is reminescent of mint, eucalyptus and schechuan pepper. If you can’t fint it you can replace it with either all black peppercorns or with a mix of black and shechuan peppercons with a touch of dry mint.
Preparation
Mix together and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place.
