Ingredients
1 C.finely ground whole almonds
3/4c. sugar
8T.(1 stick) unsalted butter, room temp
4 t. flour
2 T. milk
Preparation
Oven 350 degrees.Cut parchment into 6 inch squares. Put all ingredients into a processor and mix into dough. Put 1 T. cookie dough in center of parchment and flatten slightly with milk soaked fingers. Bake until nicely browned, about 12 min. Let sit on cookie sheet 45 sec. and mold into taco shape over a rolling pin. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, ice cream, fruit and caramel sauce.
